Most of our orders are from repeat customers. Parts-People began as a small company 20 years ago in an extra bedroom of my house. I had saved a small sum of money to purchase some computer parts and began selling them on eBay. After a few months I realized that people needed a place to go for Dell parts so I began building our website. Since we are located in Austin, Texas, where Dell.com was founded, I was able to set up a solid supply line with Dell. From the start, we focused on customer satisfaction and selling quality parts. We have grown a lot since 2002 but still and always the customer will come first. You will find that we go above and beyond with every order and offer free resources and support before and after the sale.

Buzz about the rumored iPhone 5C hit an all-time high on the internet this week. While several pictures of the proposed plastic-cased body style have been circulating the web for months, this week a source gave some insight into what the inside of the phone might contain. According to leaked information from SIM Only Radar, the 5C model appears to be strikingly similar to the iPhone 5, which is surprising considering that the 5C is supposed to be a cheaper version of the current model.
While nothing is yet confirmed (even whether or not the 5C will be released at all), SIM Only Radar claims to have insider info on the makeup of the 5C. It is rumored to have a dual-core CPU and a 4-inch screen with a 640x1136 pixel resolution. Much like its predecessors, it will come standard with 1GB of RAM and be available in 16GB, 32GB and 64GB storage variants. It is said to have an 8 megapixel rear-facing camera, as well as a 1.2 megapixel front-facing camera. Still keeping in line with other models, the 5C will run iOS 7 and continue to offer help from Siri in several languages, including English, French, German, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Italian and Spanish. One small difference noted in the leak was that the 5C would weigh in at only 106 grams, making it roughly 6 grams lighter than the iPhone 5.
While Apple CEO Tim Cook dismissed the 5C idea earlier this year, ever-mounting evidence indicates that it may soon be a reality. It is probable that Apple will host a special event on September 10th to announce their new iPhones (the iPhone 5S and possibly the 5C), but official invitations to these sorts of events are typically only sent out a week beforehand. Following such an event, the release iPhone is generally made available to the public about a week after the official announcement is made, making the speculated September 20th availability date on par with past Apple releases (a few Greek and Japanese publications have even gone as far as to confirm the September 20th launch date for both the iPhone 5S and 5C). According to further iGossip, the “C” purportedly stands for “color”, as the plastic polycarbonate body back panel is rumored to be available in several different primary colors including blue, red, green and yellow. We should find out in the next few weeks if this vibrant and economical new iPhone is actually a reality.
