Most of our orders are from repeat customers. Parts-People began as a small company 20 years ago in an extra bedroom of my house. I had saved a small sum of money to purchase some computer parts and began selling them on eBay. After a few months I realized that people needed a place to go for Dell parts so I began building our website. Since we are located in Austin, Texas, where Dell.com was founded, I was able to set up a solid supply line with Dell. From the start, we focused on customer satisfaction and selling quality parts. We have grown a lot since 2002 but still and always the customer will come first. You will find that we go above and beyond with every order and offer free resources and support before and after the sale.

Samsung does a darn good job at dipping its toes in every rising tech market there is. Earlier this year we learned that the company was working on virtual reality device for enhanced gaming as well as immersive experience videos. Alongside the Galaxy Note 4, expect to see Samsung's new VR headset debut at IFA 2014 (the world's leading trade show for consumer electronics and home appliances), this September. Samsung's blog, SamMobile, announced the name of the headset will be the “Gear VR”, and have a modular design. Leaked images also help give us an image of what the headset will look like.
Samsung is taking a hybrid approach to VR, asking users to bring their Galaxy devices to the table in order for it to work. Think of it as a high-end approach to Google Cardboard, which consists of a flat-pack kit to turn a smartphone into a pair of VR goggles. The headset consists of a touchpad and a see-through button. The touchpad will allow Gear VR users to use navigation buttons as well as scroll through items. A dock located on the touchscreen is where Galaxy smartphones connect to the headset via USB 3.0. The phone then acts as the screen. Rather than having to take off their headsets to see events in real time, users can use the see-through button to get a sense of the world around them. Engadget also reports a wireless connection for power, and numerous cameras positioned towards the user's face.
According to SamMobile, hardware is built by Samsung while the software is by Oculus VR, the creative minds behind the Oculus Rift. With Oculus's recent ties to Facebook, Gear VR will likely be tied to social media. Its appearance looks like a cross between the Rift and Sony's Project Morpheus. Samsung has a history of showing off new devices as the IFA show, therefore its very first debut is expected to happen then. Prices are rumored to be competitive.
