Most of our orders are from repeat customers. Parts-People began as a small company 20 years ago in an extra bedroom of my house. I had saved a small sum of money to purchase some computer parts and began selling them on eBay. After a few months I realized that people needed a place to go for Dell parts so I began building our website. Since we are located in Austin, Texas, where Dell.com was founded, I was able to set up a solid supply line with Dell. From the start, we focused on customer satisfaction and selling quality parts. We have grown a lot since 2002 but still and always the customer will come first. You will find that we go above and beyond with every order and offer free resources and support before and after the sale.

We've been hearing speculation about Apple's first wearable device, the iWatch, for some time now. Its been over four years since the release of a major new product category by the company (hence the iPad launch in 2010). Well, we didn't get exactly what we were waiting for, considering the smartwatch unveiled yesterday is not even called an iWatch. It has been confirmed as the Apple Watch. Weird huh? Never thought Apple would release anything without an “i” in front of it. Nonetheless, the name might be a little dull, but Apple made sure its Watch was as personable as it could possibly be. With a slew of different styles and exciting specs, the Apple Watch is anticipated to be very comprehensive in what it can do.
Customizable is the word, and Apple couldn't stop calling it that during its iPhone 6 keynote event on September 9th. The device will come in two sizes (38mm and 42mm), 6 different metal finishes, NFC, Apple Pay, Retina touchscreen display with Force Touch, and a sapphire glass cover at launch. The smartwatch mimics Apple's unique design language, particular to the iPhone design with curved edges and a side power button; “manufactured to Apple's usual lofty standards” (Engadget). It's biggest physical surprise has to be its “Digital Crown”, a hardware dial on the side used for navigating menus, zooming, etc.
It's water-resistant but not waterproof. But, considering its a pricey tiny computer with speakers, a microphone, and other expensive hardware, I would suggest straying away from the elements to avoid risk. The Apple Watch will go hand-in-hand with fitness credentials packed in the latest iOS update. With “Activity” and “Workout” apps, it works as a dedicated fitness tracker, measuring pulse, distance, and more using its accelerometer, and built-in heart rate sensor. The company expects more apps to be introduced by third parties once the watch is officially released.
For the Apple Watch to work, you'll need at least an iPhone 5 generation handset (or higher) to go alongside it. Oh, another thing. You will also have to drop $349 for the thing. The company didn't reveal all the specs for the device, such as screen size, battery life, and memory; it isn't expected to go into production until next Spring. According to BGR, for Apple to reveal something two full quarters ahead of its ship date is unlike the company. Historically, Apple launches a product about a month prior to commercialization, so this seems like a tease. With that amount of time of still playing the waiting game, I bet we will hear clusters of new announcements along the way.
