Most of our orders are from repeat customers. Parts-People began as a small company 20 years ago in an extra bedroom of my house. I had saved a small sum of money to purchase some computer parts and began selling them on eBay. After a few months I realized that people needed a place to go for Dell parts so I began building our website. Since we are located in Austin, Texas, where Dell.com was founded, I was able to set up a solid supply line with Dell. From the start, we focused on customer satisfaction and selling quality parts. We have grown a lot since 2002 but still and always the customer will come first. You will find that we go above and beyond with every order and offer free resources and support before and after the sale.

ThinkGeek made waves in April with a much-hyped April Fools’ Day gag in which they released a gadget-charging Flux Capacitor. To the great dismay of the masses, that gadget turned out to be a fake. Now they are back with a product that is all real, and all awesome – the Flux Capacitor USB Car Charger.
The charger looks just like the infamous Flux Capacitor from the Back to the Future Series, but you won’t need to hit 88mph to bring the device to life. Simply plug it in to your car’s 12V vehicle power adapter (the cigarette lighter outlet) and turn it on and you can transport yourself into the immortal Delorean days of Doc Brown and Marty McFly. The battery charger features a pair of USB charging ports (1 x 1A and 1 x 2.1A), making it possible to charge two devices simultaneously in futuristic style. It is compatible with anything that charges via USB (iPhones, smartphones, Androids, iPads, tablets, GPS devices, etc.) and features an On/Off switch for Flux lighting effect. The Flux Capacitor fluxes in its famous light pattern as it charges your device, invoking all sorts of childhood nostalgia while you’re out on the go. No worries about finding a permanent home for the gadget in your car, as it features a flexible arm that pivots up and down for better compatibility based on your vehicle’s port placement.
The Flux Capacitor USB Car Charger is a ThinkGeek exclusive and now an officially-licensed product in the Back to the Future merchandise family. While it may not channel the original’s whopping 1.21 gigawatts of power, for a $25 price tag it’s a pretty rad conductor of 2.1 amps. Sure, it’s a little pricy for your standard car charger; but if like me you grew up dreaming of your own Delorean (and the hoverboard I still have my fingers crossed for one day), this nifty charging gadget may prove to be the closest thing in reach in the near future.
