Most of our orders are from repeat customers. Parts-People began as a small company 20 years ago in an extra bedroom of my house. I had saved a small sum of money to purchase some computer parts and began selling them on eBay. After a few months I realized that people needed a place to go for Dell parts so I began building our website. Since we are located in Austin, Texas, where Dell.com was founded, I was able to set up a solid supply line with Dell. From the start, we focused on customer satisfaction and selling quality parts. We have grown a lot since 2002 but still and always the customer will come first. You will find that we go above and beyond with every order and offer free resources and support before and after the sale.

Carl Zeiss, German optical instrument manufacturer, announced a cool, affordable VR headset a few months ago. Since then, we've waited to hear more about the VR One, and now it's finally available for purchase. The VR One is similar to the Oculus, but not as similar as it is to the Samsung Gear. The feature they both have in common is also the driving force behind its function, a smartphone display.
At about half the price of Samsung's version, the VR One will work with both the Galaxy S5 and iPhone 6 at launch. Zeiss hopes to support more smartphone models (users hope this to be a priority), “provided that their screens are between 4.7 and 5.2 inches”. The company has been asking consumers to vote on which models the VR One will support next. Between the choices of the HTC One, Nokia Lumia, and others, the Galaxy S4 has been getting the most votes (Pc Mag). But guys, if you're really smart, you'll go ahead and cater to all of us.
Using the internally developed company mobile app called VR One Media, the user can simply navigate and select VR experiences (Wired). Here, you can install, launch, and choose from a spacey looking platform. Choice selection is done by “reticle-selection”, a mechanic used by many other VR headsets and gesture based control devices, like the Microsoft Kinect. There's a movie theatre app where you can watch 3D and 3D video content, a demo for augmented reality, as well as a space simulator to choose from. Of course, any other apps you desire can be downloaded from the iOS App Store or Google Play.
According to Engadget, the VR one seems to be “well built, comfortable, and fairly lightweight”. Zeiss also made an SDK for developers, as well as a contest for interested developers to build more experiences for the device. As soon as Monday, December 8th, you can get your very own VR One shipped to your house. For just $99, anyone interested in delving into virtual reality can now afford it. That, or ask your significant other to put it under the tree.
