StoreDot is a new battery that change charge your smartphone in 30 seconds flat. By using nano technology to synthesize artificial molecules, the battery was transformed to act like a sponge. This technology involves nano dots, bio organic peptide molecules that help this quick power absorption occur.

Intel is fantastic at powering things, but the company desperately wants to get into our smart devices and smart homes. It now plans to power the next generation of Google Glass. By powering Google Glass, Intel wants the device to not be so consumer as it used to be, but rather, improve the things so they work well in hospitals, factories, and manufacturing businesses.

There's this new ultrasound technology that would let you feel holograms in mid air. Yep. The system uses ultrasound in complex patterns to create floating 3D shapes, which, amazingly enough, can be felt due to the disturbances in the air. This is the idea of haptic feedback, which has been in the news a lot lately.
