Installation and Removal Instructions
Venue 7 (3740) Motherboard
Step 1
- Using a scribe, carefully pry and separate the back cover from the tablet.
- Work your way around the edge of the screen.
- Start on the side that does not have buttons to keep from damaging the tablet.

Step 2
- Unplug the battery cable.
- Remove the battery.

Step 3
- Unplug the motherboard cables.
- Remove the motherboard screws.
- Carefully remove the motherboard. Be careful not to tear any cables while removing the motherboard.
