Most of our orders are from repeat customers. Parts-People began as a small company 20 years ago in an extra bedroom of my house. I had saved a small sum of money to purchase some computer parts and began selling them on eBay. After a few months I realized that people needed a place to go for Dell parts so I began building our website. Since we are located in Austin, Texas, where Dell.com was founded, I was able to set up a solid supply line with Dell. From the start, we focused on customer satisfaction and selling quality parts. We have grown a lot since 2002 but still and always the customer will come first. You will find that we go above and beyond with every order and offer free resources and support before and after the sale.

Loving your laptop doesn't mean you don't miss the joys of using a raised, typewriter-like feel of your desktop keys. Hardcore gamers out there would love to use Taiwan-based MSI's latest gaming laptop, the GT8O Titan, which has been getting a ton of hype due to its built-in mechanical Steelseries keyboard featuring Cherry MX switches. The rest of the hype is probably due to its high-powered Nvidia graphics and hefty design. But, take a gander for yourself before even looking at the price tag. Some say if you have to ask, you can't afford it.
For the record, mechanical keyboards give off a better amount of audible and tactile feedback to the user, providing one of the major reasons gamers love them so. So, before thinking it's nothing fancy to shove a regular-sized keyboard into a laptop body, think again. It involved a major redesign, not only because they are heavier than membrane-based keyboards, but they sure are thick (Straits Times). As expected, MSI did have to compromise some extra room, forcing some of the hardware to be pushed back inside the chassis due to the depth of the keys. What's left is zero amount of room for resting your wrists, therefore, gel wrist rest has been included with the laptop. So, it kinda resembles the actual desktop experience.
Just as important, if not more important, is the hardware that's running this thing. Since bulk is a factor no matter what (the GT8O Titan weighs in at 4.5kg and measures 4.9cm in height, well above its competitors), why not throw in two Nvidia GeForce GTX 980M graphics processors, and Intel's latest top-spec CPU? A true gamer's delight. But, something so “Titan” can't be cheap, and it's not. Starting at a whopping $4,599, you've gotta really want that mechanical keyboard. But if this machine does justice to your very own full desktop PC, which it intends to be used in place of, then by all means.
