Most of our orders are from repeat customers. Parts-People began as a small company 20 years ago in an extra bedroom of my house. I had saved a small sum of money to purchase some computer parts and began selling them on eBay. After a few months I realized that people needed a place to go for Dell parts so I began building our website. Since we are located in Austin, Texas, where Dell.com was founded, I was able to set up a solid supply line with Dell. From the start, we focused on customer satisfaction and selling quality parts. We have grown a lot since 2002 but still and always the customer will come first. You will find that we go above and beyond with every order and offer free resources and support before and after the sale.

Here is yet another beautiful invention after my own heart. I am a very frustrated person when it comes to my smartphone dying. If it were up to me, my house would be full of chargers at every outlet. Better yet, it would be full of wireless charging stations that would automatically provide my devices with juice. Better yet is the idea of the ON Charger from a startup called Rubix. ON gives you the option of slapping a magnetized Qi wireless charging case onto your smartphone so it can “feed” from a magnetized wireless battery charger. This takes away the stress of worrying about where an outlet is, and, also makes me very happy. I bet it makes you happy too.
The technology is magnets, well partly. Users simply place their phone on the 13.9mm-thick ON Charger, which has two output power options using its 5,000 mAh battery- a fast 2A current via USB, or a standard 1A over close proximity wireless transmission (Tech PP). Since it also has a wireless power receiver at the bottom, Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge owners (or any other Qi device), which are already compatible with the very popular Qi wireless charging standard, work perfectly with the ON Charger. The second option is the ON Case, which works the same way, but is currently only fitting for an iPhone 6. You just snap and charge. ON Cases for the Samsung devices will happen as soon as the company’s stretch goals are met on its Kickstarter campaign.
Until smartphones just come equipped with fantastical battery power, like all day, all night, all next day power, we are going to crave some kind of supplement. Now that there are multiple wireless charging options out there, it is good to know your choices. I would personally opt for something that charges all my mobile devices in my home, rather than something like ON that would only charge my iPhone 6 or Samsung Galaxy S6. Still, for just $59 for the ON Case, and $89 for the ON Case and ON Charger Bundle, plenty of Apple and Samsung owners could get great use out of this.
