Installation and Removal Instructions
Inspiron 13-7353 (P57G002) Palmrest Keyboard

Remove the 10 - M2.5 x 8mm screws.

Step 1

Remove the 10 - M2.5 x 8mm screws.Unsnap and remove the Bottom Base Cover.Remove the 10 - M2.5 x 8mm screws.
Unplug & loosen the hard drive cable.

Step 2

  • Unplug & loosen the hard drive cable.
  • Remove the 2 - M2 x 3mm screws.
  • Remove the Battery.
Unplug & loosen the hard drive cable.Remove the 2 - M2 x 3mm screws.Remove the Battery.Unplug & loosen the hard drive cable.
Remove the 2 - M2 x 3mm hard drive screws.

Step 3

Remove the 2 - M2 x 3mm hard drive screws.Remove the Hard Drive.
Unplug the speaker cable.

Step 4

  • Unplug the speaker cable.
  • Remove the Speakers.
Unplug the speaker cable.Remove the Speakers.Unplug the speaker cable.
Unplug and remove the daughter board cable.

Step 5

  • Unplug and remove the daughter board cable.
  • Unplug the fan cable.
Unplug and remove the daughter board cable.Unplug the fan cable.
Unplug the antenna cables.

Step 6

  • Unplug the antenna cables.
  • Unplug the power button cable.
Unplug the antenna cables.Unplug the power button cable.
Remove the 1 - M2 x 3mm screw.

Step 7

Remove the 1 - M2 x 3mm screw.Remove the USB / SD Card Circuit Board.Remove the 1 - M2 x 3mm screw.
Remove the 1 - M2 x 3mm and 1 -

Step 8

Remove the 1 - M2 x 3mm and 1 - Remove the Cooling Fan.Remove the 1 - M2 x 3mm and 1 -
Loosen the screws.

Step 9

  • Loosen the screws.
  • Remove the Heatsink.
Loosen the screws.Remove the Heatsink.Loosen the screws.
Remove the 2 - M2 x 3mm bracket screws.

Step 10

  • Remove the 2 - M2 x 3mm bracket screws.
  • Remove the LCD cable bracket.
Remove the 2 - M2 x 3mm bracket screws.Remove the LCD cable bracket.
Unplug the LCD cable.

Step 11

  • Unplug the LCD cable.
  • Unplug the touchscreen cable.
Unplug the LCD cable.Unplug the touchscreen cable.
Open the screen.

Step 12

Open the screen. Loosen the LCD cable.Remove the 3 - M2.5 x 8mm hinge screws.Remove the LCD Display Assembly.
Remove the 1 - M2 x 3mm screw.

Step 13

Remove the 1 - M2 x 3mm screw.Unplug the cable.Remove the DC Jack.Remove the 1 - M2 x 3mm screw.
Loosen the keyboard cable tape.

Step 14

  • Loosen the keyboard cable tape.
  • Loosen the keyboard cable latches.
  • Unplug the keyboard cable.
Loosen the keyboard cable tape.Loosen the keyboard cable latches.Unplug the keyboard cable.
Unplug the touchpad cable.

Step 15

  • Unplug the touchpad cable.
  • Unplug the keyboard backlight cable.
Unplug the touchpad cable.Unplug the keyboard backlight cable.
Remove the 1 - M2 x 2mm Wafer screw.

Step 16

Remove the 1 - M2 x 2mm Wafer screw.Remove the Motherboard.
