Most of our orders are from repeat customers. Parts-People began as a small company 20 years ago in an extra bedroom of my house. I had saved a small sum of money to purchase some computer parts and began selling them on eBay. After a few months I realized that people needed a place to go for Dell parts so I began building our website. Since we are located in Austin, Texas, where Dell.com was founded, I was able to set up a solid supply line with Dell. From the start, we focused on customer satisfaction and selling quality parts. We have grown a lot since 2002 but still and always the customer will come first. You will find that we go above and beyond with every order and offer free resources and support before and after the sale.

Hooray for Dell. The company is expanding its product portfolio by officially launching its Latitude 7000 Series Windows 10 notebooks in India. Announced just last week, the company was also excited to reveal upgraded hardware for the Latitude 3000 Series. Both offerings will be great for enhancing India’s professional use of Dell products. But let’s start off with the range of Latitude 7000 models, specifically the Latitude 13 7370, which is Dell’s latest Ultrabook.
India should be excited to get this one, which I wrote about in January. The Latitude 13 7370 is based on the Dell XPS 13, but “tweaked for business users”, meaning it holds up its professionalism while still being sleek and sexy. The new device features a 13.3-inch display (in either 1920 x 1800, or 3200 x 1800 variants) featuring InfinityEdge (XPS 13 lovers know all about this), weighs 2.48 pounds, and measures just .56 inches thick. This makes it the world’s smallest ultrabook with InfinityEdge display. It houses a lovely 6th gen Intel Core m7 processor, 16GB of RAM, and 512GB of SSD storage. Consumers will appreciate the 7370’s high-end connectivity options, 3 USB 3.0’s, 1 USB Type-C, HDMI, mini DisplayPort, SD card slot, Thunderbolt 3, plus fingerprint and smart card readers.
The Latitude 12 7275 marks one of Dell’s latest and thinnest 12-inch 2-in-1s ever, measuring just .32-inches thick and weighing only 1.61 pounds. A new design with a magnetic detachable keyboard sounds appealing, rather than the latch and alignment pin design we are used to seeing on some detachable hybrids. Times of India says it also offers keyboard options with backlit keys, and mouse cursor control with a gesture touchpad, perfect for the versatile needs of professional workers. The basic specs on this guy include a 12.5-inch display, full HD and UHD resolution (3840 x 2160) options, protected by Corning Gorilla Glass. The 7275 line may be configured with Intel Core m3, m5, and m7, plus 8GB of RAM, and 512GB SSD storage. Connectivity includes USB Type-C, Thunderbolt 3, an SD card reader, microSIM slot, as well as support for Active Pen input (Laptop Mag).
Finally, Dell is also offering some other upgrades from its Latitude portfolio. From the 3000 series, Dell refreshed the E3470 to now sport the latest Intel’s Core i-Series processors, all the way up to the Core i7. This device is also being targeted to those who want the added benefits of a fingerprint reader, VGA port, and smart card reader.
Dell launching these new and upgraded devices will mean great things for the relationship between itself and India. The Latitude brand has “created a niche for itself among the business users by delivering seamless technology experiences, bringing an amalgamation of mobility, increased productivity, and a unique element of style”, says a representative of Dell India. The Latitude brand is one that is successfully working to build customer trust. Users are continuing to identify with these devices, finding which best caters to their versatile roles in the workplace.
