Installation and Removal Instructions

Slide button to the left to unlock tablet from base.

Use flat head screwdriver to pry open and remove Keyboard Bezel.

Step 2

  • Use flat head screwdriver to pry open and remove Keyboard Bezel.
  • Unscrew palmrest and keyboard screws (7 x M2 x 3mm).

Unscrew an remove Bottom Base Cover (8 x 2mm x 3mm T4 torx) (2 x 2mm x 6mm T4 torx).

Step 3

  • Unscrew an remove Bottom Base Cover (8 x 2mm x 3mm T4 torx) (2 x 2mm x 6mm T4 torx).

Unplug and remove cable.

Disconnect cables from circuit board.

Step 7

Disconnect cables from circuit board.Unscrew and remove USB / Display Port Circuit Board (2 x Disconnect cables from circuit board.
Unplug and remove cables.

Step 8

Unplug and remove cables.Unscrew and remove Docking Station Mainboard (2 x Unplug and remove cables.Unplug and remove cables.
Remove hinge cover.

Step 9

Remove hinge cover.Unscrew and remove LCD Hinges (9x Remove hinge cover.
Turn over ribbon and unplug keyboard connectors.

Step 10

Turn over ribbon and unplug keyboard connectors.Remove Keyboard.The remaining part is the Palmrest Touchpad
