Gigabyte Technology Co., known for being an international manufacturer and distributor of computer hardware products, motherboards in particular, averaged 4.8 million motherboard shipments in the first quarter of 2015. As one of the thinnest gaming notebooks on the market, the Aero 14 has been made into an even better device, featuring better graphics as well as other upgraded components gaming more enjoyable. The Aero is typically known for its “sleek physique and muscular power”. For a mid-range gaming device, it was time to get down to business by adding an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 GPU (containing 1280 stream processors, 80 texture units, and 64 raster operations pipelines, according to An and Tech), which is a relevant upgrade from its predecessor’s GeForce GTX 970M/965M. Although the company didn’t wait for the new Kaby Lake-H CPUs from Intel, this GPU is perfectly in line with its competition like the Razer Blade. While most other features are similar to the June 2016 model, you will at least thank the graphics card for its better performance in games, especially when it comes to demanding titles and GPU-accelerated workflows. It has a nice 10-hour, 94.24 WHr lithium-ion polymer battery, alongside the specifications of many modern notebooks in the business world.

Other features include an Intel Core i7-6700 HQ processor with four cores and Hyper-Threading Technology, topping off at 3.5GHz. This is complemented with either 8GB or 16GB of DDR4-2400 memory (expandable to 32GB), plus an M.2 slot for up to 1TB of M.2-2280 SSD. Options for I/O include a USB 3.1 Type C header, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.1, 3 USB 3.0s, an mDP display output, HDMI 2.0, an HD webcam, an SD card reader, audio connector, mic, and headphone.. Gigabyte also featured an upgraded keyboard on its Aero 14, with five programmable keys made to simplify complex key combos while gaming.
