Most of our orders are from repeat customers. Parts-People began as a small company 20 years ago in an extra bedroom of my house. I had saved a small sum of money to purchase some computer parts and began selling them on eBay. After a few months I realized that people needed a place to go for Dell parts so I began building our website. Since we are located in Austin, Texas, where Dell.com was founded, I was able to set up a solid supply line with Dell. From the start, we focused on customer satisfaction and selling quality parts. We have grown a lot since 2002 but still and always the customer will come first. You will find that we go above and beyond with every order and offer free resources and support before and after the sale.

Is this the most ludicrous notion ever? Is a liquid-cooling system for a gaming laptop something that sounds cool, but is utterly unnecessary? Well, that is one important question because yes, once you know what liquid cooling can accomplish, this becomes awfully desirable (and at the same time a bit of an extravagance). Yet, it could actually be one seriously helpful perk for the true gamer, also the type of gamer who is willing to pay for added extravagance. The Asus ROG GX800VH is said to be noticeably faster than other rigs, perfect for 4K gaming with its intense refresh rates. It’s overclockable, and comes with all the GPU power, memory bandwidth, and everything needed to be consistent and highly responsive. Add in the liquid-cooling dock, and GPU temperatures are maintained enough to push the system to its limits, without missing out on any hardware performance.
Right off the bat, this thing seems insane. The GX800VH comes with ROG’s latest fully-mechanical keyboard, with multi color LED keys, customizable to suit your personal edginess. That liquid-cooling aspect is used via a giant attachment at the rear, and is necessary to allow overclocking at the safest pace (there are two 330W power supplies to ensure the liquid-cooled overclocking is done right). The desktop features Intel’s K-series CPU, and Nvidia’s GeForce GTX 1080 GPU, along with two-way SLI for 4K gaming needs. These work in combination with an 18.4-inch 60Hz 4K display, one that also offers crystal clear clarity. Although the unit is bulky, the premium finish from top-to-bottom include both metals and plastics. Overall, just from taking a gander at photos of this laptop, you can tell it’s a real interesting looker, meant to fit right in with what is normal for gaming machines.
These specs mean business. This desktop is optimized for more gaming power than an i7 system with even the highly-acclaimed Titan X Pascal, overclocked. Asus has gained some ground here. Even when other dual 1080p gaming laptops surely challenge this machine, they don’t have the added perk of an advanced liquid cooling dock to guarantee this level of performance and stability. The Asus ROG GX800VH comes with 64GB of 2400MHz DDR4 RAM, overclockable up to 2800MHz. It also features 1TB of NVMe SSD, split into two hard drives.
Ports and connectivity include a USB 3.0 port, multiple USB Type-C ports, the latest from Thunderbolt technology, a DisplayPort output, an HDMI 2.0 port, Gigabit Ethernet, an SD card reader, and an antenna for Wi-Fi reception. Get this, the ROG GX800VH is also powered by two 330W power supplies, one for the laptop and one for the cooling dock. Battery life is one aspect of this machine that you shouldn’t expect to be epic, sorry to dissapoint, as most every other spec could pretty much codename this thing “the insane machine”. Oh well, what do you expect? Just keep it plugged in and remember you’re overclocking availability, your incredibly fast performance, your 4K gameplay locked to the screen’s 60Hz refresh. What Asus created here, ultimately, is a laptop that delivers uncompromised desktop-like gaming, and for that, it comes at a price. For the ROG GX800VH Windows 10 Professional laptop, with liquid-cooled gaming, 4K display and a Core i7 processor, expect to write about a $6,299 withdrawal from your bank account.
