  • 1 x small phillips head screwdriver
  • 1 x T5 Torx screwdriver
  • 1 x small plastic scribe

Installation and Removal Instructions
XPS 12 (9Q34) DC Jack

Open and remove the bottom door.

Step 1

  • Open and remove the bottom door.
  • Remove the screw (1 x M2 x 8mm).
Open and remove the bottom door.Remove the screw (1 x M2 x 8mm).
Remove the screws (10 x M2x3mm T5 torx).

Step 2

  • Remove the screws (10 x M2x3mm T5 torx).
  • Remove the Bottom Base.
Remove the screws (10 x M2x3mm T5 torx).Remove the Bottom Base.
Unplug the battery cable.

Step 3

  • Unplug the battery cable.
  • Remove the screws (8 x M2 x 3mm).
  • Remove the Battery.
Unplug the battery cable.Remove the screws (8 x M2 x 3mm).Remove the Battery.
Remove the plastic.

Step 4

  • Remove the plastic.
Unplug and loosen the antenna cables.

Step 5

  • Unplug and loosen the antenna cables.
  • Unplug the DC jack cable.
Unplug and loosen the antenna cables.Unplug the DC jack cable.
Remove the screw (1 x M2 x 3mm).

Step 6

Remove the screw (1 x M2 x 3mm).Remove the DC Jack.
